Saved from being KILLED at the AVA and yet someone has to PAY AVA $159 for this rescue!! AVA actually saves on having to use the lethal poison to KILL this dog and should be rewarding rescuers and NOT FINE them as if they are the ones responsible for the abandonment of this dog!!
